Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for equipment on-site management, daily maintenance of PM, maintenance of CM, and independent maintenance of AM;
2. Assist engineers in improving equipment efficiency and performance, and increase product yield;
3. Proficient in using electrical testing instruments and tools, updating and renovating equipment electrical circuits, and following up on progress;
4. Participate in the design optimization of abnormal types of fixtures, components, and electrical control circuits to ensure online use and debugging;
5. Basic equipment knowledge, such as materials, machinery, electrical, etc.
Job requirements:
1. Vocational school degree or above, major in mechanical, electronic, electrical automation or related fields;
2. Unlimited experience;
3. Master PLC programming and applications from Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, etc., and be able to perform simple PLC programming and analysis; Proficient in electrical wiring and installation debugging; Can solve problems during the debugging process of tooling equipment. Familiar with electrical drawings, able to understand electrical schematic diagrams, able to independently complete electrical wiring, installation and debugging;
4. Equipment maintenance technicians or electrical maintenance experience in the mechanical or battery industry are preferred, and experience in debugging non-standard automation equipment is preferred; Can adapt to a two shift working system.
